Two products magazine
This magazine is about game called 'Mine-craft' and it's created to talk about news about the game, new building inventions audiences can try, new updates to the game etc. The Mine-craft World magazines target audience is aimed at of young viewers from 7 - 11 year old, which are apart of the viral game which is played by millions on pc, mobile device and consoles. This magazine is aimed at this target audience because this game is a childish game which was made for this specific age group, since it allows children to express their imagination through mining blocks and building structures. It also considers fighting weird creatures but this isn't too heavy since it's not that violent like other games. This magazine from the cover looks like it offers 'newest features and what's coming soon' into the actual game.
The purpose of this magazine is to entertain Mine-craft lovers and also educate them on new tips they can use within the game. Tips such as; becoming a better builder, better crafter, steps of how to build different structures and overall improve your skills within this game. It can also be used to entertain by showing viewers new them new tips or different buildings etc. The main reason is just to educate because the magazine is designed to help new Mine-craft users or offer tutorials towards the Mine-craft community; not only showing tips but implementing new features and what's coming soon the game. However, by following and purchasing this 'Mine-craft world' magazine, I believe you would be able to create a service and possibly educate other people within the Mine-craft community.
The platform which this magazine may be distributed or advertised across could be multiple areas;
such as online digitally, or in big branded stores such as ASDA in the UK and in Walmart in the USA. This is because the game 'Minecraft' is known across millions of different players in many different countries, since the game is released on the internet, millions of people can access it as long as they purchase it. The magazine can also be advertised on social media platforms such as : twitter, YouTube, Facebook or even other gaming forums e.g. Reddit. However, these magazine are normally just sold in local stores as suggested before; ASDA& Walmart and also, Tesco, Game etc. But when it comes to advertising, there normally advertised on gaming forums and YouTube or twitter, since millions of people access these social media websites and a lot of Minecraft community based people use these websites too (Minecraft YouTubers).
This magazine is a music magazine which is based about the pop star singer 'Bruno Mars' and his "NEW ALBULM, NEW SWAGGER & NEW-FOUND FREEDOM". I believe this was designed to advertise and distribute his new album and things about Bruno Mars his fans would want to know. This magazine cover looks like the target audience would be aimed at the age of 16+ as it stands out to teenagers more than children or elderly people. Teenagers usually listen to this style of music and dress this type of way; with gold jewellery and sunglasses but I think it was mainly aimed just for all Bruno Mars fans, mainly the girls but boys too.
I believe the purpose of this magazine is just to sell new information about Bruno Mars and his "NEW ALBULM, NEW SWAGGER & NEW-FOUND FREEDOM" as shown in the background cover. However, this magazines purpose could just be to sell his style of music to fans and people who are dedicated towards music or even to the way Bruno Mars dresses. It looks like the purpose is mainly just to advertise his album and style and distribute his music and style further. The main reason of this poster may be just to entertain his fans or music lovers, of his music style.
I believe the platform for this will be shared across YouTube because this we're most pop stars upload their music and get views and earn a living. They will also advertise it across different social media websites; twitter and Facebook. However, the platform looks like it would just be in stores from the barcode shown in the bottom corner but I believe they will distribute it across more than one store and not only music stores because they want to advertise and make awareness for this magazine and Bruno Mars New album.
