What the audience will see is that a man on the computer is working on a load of spread sheets/work given by his boss, and then he's getting multiple emails, and his boss comes in to drop off a pile of paper work and this is where, it changes fast shots to him typing, and then to the screen with loads of emails and the email sounds/messages, after it jump cuts fast to his fingers typing on the keyboard and back to his face, and then it switches to the boss walking in, and it's a medium close up of when the pile of paper drops, it goes from that shot to a extreme close up to bottom of the pile, and then pans up with like windy, mountain climbing type of music; which connotes how massive the pile of paperwork actually is. It jump cuts to a close of up his face, while emails keep popping up on his screen, and you see the emails through a over shoulder/first-person shot and then it reverse back to a close up, and the sounds in the background start rising like phone calls, people talking, new email messages, and then the sound dims down and while it quiets, you hear the telephone ring distinctively, out of everything else and the sound focuses on that and goes into normal. Right after that happens, it jumps to the side pose of his face, and pans down from eyeliner level to the telephone, and then it  pans down to the telephone. He then goes to pick up the telephone, and while he does this, everything slows down and then this is slow motion scene, and then it quickly jumps to a close up of his face where you see a sweat drop from his face, and during all of this you hear his heart beating loudly. When he picks up the phone, everything is normal and while he brings it to his ear, you hear him gulp, and he says hello. This shot of scenarios is another set of scenes to create a build up of tension to where it looks like he's really scared and stressed to even answer the phone, because he might get told off or get told to do more work. You then just hear him talking to someone who says, feeling stressed? He says yes, and then the voice over commences, and he replies with something like, get a double pounder cheese burger for only £2.00 today! And he says hmmm! It cuts to him walking into McDonalds and then walking up to the counter, where the weightier smiles and he gets his meal and sits down and takes a big bite of his burger and then smiles, and it' changes to the logo of McDonalds and plays the classical 'im loving it' music.

We might use visual effects such as a green screen, where we could place the burger on a table (covered with a green sheet) and then we'll edit it later on Premiere pro so it looks like it's at a specific location. For example, as if he's hallucinating that there's a burger sitting next to him while he's working, and this where he gets his influence from.
