Pros & Cons of a C.V: The pros of having a CV in the media industry would be that it allows the employer of the company can check your work and how good your skills are at with a certain criteria in a certain area of the different media sectors. It allows the person who interviews you to just understand what you’re capable of by having a document with all your person details and the experience you have in media but it’s all just written by word; making it easy for the company to view. It was a one-off advertisement because it was something new and Cadbury always have new and different advertisements to appeal to the society of today. The purpose of this advertisement is to show audience that ‘Cadbury’ chocolate can make you smart and basically if you eat it you can become like a gorilla who can drum; which is not something normal.
