It was a one-off advertisement because it was something new and Cadbury always have new and different advertisements to appeal to the society of today. Pros & Cons of a C.V: The pros of having a CV in the media industry would be that it allows the employer of the company can check your work and how good your skills are at with a certain criteria in a certain area of the different media sectors. It allows the person who interviews you to just understand what you’re capable of by having a document with all your person details and the experience you have in media but it’s all just written by word; making it easy for the company to view. Cons would be that if you do not meet the requirements or do not have the C.V then, the company might not accept you because you do not fulfil the requirements or they don’t know your specialities because you haven’t showed them but they also want a C.V rather than just speaking to one other because this shows how efficient you are at following orders and they like to save their time, as CV’s have everything they need on it just by word.     Portfolio – A portfolio has more than one...
